IMIDRO has announced the 3rd Annual Iran Mines and Mining Industries Summit (IMIS) scheduled to be held on 2 and 3 July 2018.
Iran is becoming one of the preferred trade partners since the easing of sanctions that came into effect January 2016.
Ranked as one of the world's most mineral rich countries, and according to exploratory studies, Iran has 37 billion tons of proven mineral reserves, such as coal, iron-ore, copper, lead, zinc, chromium, salt, uranium, gold and barite.
Sponsored by Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization (IMIDRO), this two-day event will focus on :
- empowerment and development
- health, safety and environment.
The conference will include first-hand information on investing projects and the procedures for contributing, B2B and B2G meetings and advice on establishing businesses and trading partners with Iranian counterparts.
