Smart and Liveable Cities: Singapore July 2018
Applications are now open for Victorian firms to join Trade Victoria on a Smart and Liveable Cities trade mission to Singapore from 8 to 12 July 2018.
The trade mission will showcase Victorian industry capability in the liveability sectors, which include urban design, architecture, water management, environmental services, clean technology, next-gen utilities, and smart transport solutions.
Trade mission details
Companies seeking business opportunities in Asia operating in the liveability sectors are encouraged to apply.
Participating in the trade mission will provide an opportunity for Victoria’s most innovative and creative design, technology and services firms to:
partner with Victorian Government to promote themselves in the region, leveraging Melbourne’s reputation as the world’s most liveable city join with other delegates from Australia and around the region at a welcome reception explore emerging opportunities at a regional roundtable access tailored business matching support from a consultant engaged by Victorian Government participate in liveability-focused site visits around Singapore access publicity support from a PR consultant engaged by Victorian Government.
Trade Victoria will be delivering mission activities in Singapore from Monday 9 July to Wednesday 11 July 2018. Trade mission participants are welcome to expand their stay in Singapore to ensure they're able to get the most out of the following summits:
- World Cities Summit
- Singapore International Water Week
- Clean Enviro Summit Singapore
- Singapore International Transport Congress and Exhibition
Victorian Government will organise networking and roundtable events and engage consultants to provide business matching services for participating companies. The final program will be customised to best meet the needs of participating companies.
What's not included?
Victorian Government will not pay for airfares, conference passes, accommodation and meals outside of official activities.
